Placing a service call on the SMB Portal
Note The option of placing a service call on the SMB Portal is only available to holders of an active subscription.
You can call us to place a service call, but it’s much easier through the SMB Portal.
- On the SMB Portal home page, click the Service Call link in the upper right corner.
- Provide the information requested in the form and click the “Place the call” button.
- Wait for the call from our technical support team.
