Understanding the three entry modes
In order to offer users maximum flexibility, Acomba X offers three entry modes.
Each entry mode has its advantages. We invite you to look at the table below in order to determine which one is most suitable for your work methods.

How to change the entry mode
- In the Acomba X configuration window, click on General Ledger in the left panel.
- In the Entry Mode group, select the appropriate entry mode.
- Acomba X will check your database to determine if it is ready for the change of entry mode.
Once you change the entry mode, if you decide that it is not suitable for your needs, you can choose another entry mode at any time.
The Per Date in Real Time entry mode can be used to modify, reverse and delete accounts receivable and accounts payable entries. You can authorize or deny access to this function for each user under the Rights Management tab.
